The Madison was a collaboration between LBS Property and Network Homes to deliver 104 apartments over the first 15 floors of this iconic tower block. The development provides a range of one-, two- and three-bedroom rented and intermediate homes. We provided employer’s agent, cost consultancy and site monitoring.
