Established in 1995, Airey Miller is a multi-discipline property and construction consultancy group, delivering professional services to Local Authorities, Housing Associations, Registered providers, developers and housebuilders.

The Airey Miller group comprises three companies:

  • Airey Miller Surveys Limited – Providing Fire Engineering, Remediation & Asset Management services (learn more) 

  • Airey Miller Partnership – Providing Client-Side Project Management services (learn more)

We operate  throughout Southern England from offices in Central London, Kent (head office), High Wycombe  and Bristol. Currently we are members of numerous frameworks for local authorities and registered providers and work with all the former G15 Housing companies. 

We have a diverse range of skills in-house to provide a comprehensive development management service to our clients - adding even greater value our client’s business  aspirations through our people, our ISO 9001 accredited Quality Management system  and our values.
