Employer’s agent for the development of 140 apartments and commercial and retail units on a compact urban site next to a London Underground station. We worked to a tight deadline to secure funding and delivering the commercial element on time and on budget. We reduced the cost by £13m by re-design and optimisation via a two-stage tender with open book elements for all undefined risk.
