The St Mary’s Island project is a 62-unit extra-care scheme at Countryside’s St Mary's Island 150-acre redevelopment in Chatham, as part of a joint venture with Homes England. The project is designed to the Medway Council Care standards and the HAPPI principals. With our expertise in senior living, we were able to quickly review the development against our client’s brief and work collaboratively with the stakeholders to deliver a scheme which fulfilled their detailed requirements and budget.
