We were appointed as project manager, employer’s agent, cost consultant and principal designer for the SPV of the London Borough of Newham. The programme was to deliver over 500 units across 14 sites for PRS tenure and affordable housing under design and build contracts.

We were responsible for co-ordinating the development and overseeing the technical land assembly, planning consent, and formulation of development proposals. We acted as the strategic lead in managing delivery, the design team, and specialist consultants.
