We acted as employer’s agent, cost consultant and principal designer to RIBA 3+. The 182 high-rise apartments, and commercial facilities included a gym, supermarket, neighbourhood centre, library and café. We also assisted the client in setting up a two-stage procurement process which involved managing a PCSA with the contractor. This included significant value engineering workshops to bring the scheme back to viable parameters, saving 10% on the cost plan.
