The project consisted of the estate regeneration, transforming an existing 1950s and 1960s council estate, into a vibrant community of 1,192 homes. We worked in close partnership with Lewisham Council and the residents in the re-development to create a final phased development consisting of 443 units over five blocks ranging from six to 17 storeys and providing 52% affordable homes on Phases 5 & 6.

We worked on each phase to create a financial viability model, using a bespoke model. Through optimisation, we worked collaboratively to increase the number of units by 40 and rationalised cores and plates to reduce costs.
