We acted as employer’s agent and independent certifier for the final phase of a prestigious residential development in Birmingham City Centre. The developer entered into a development agreement with the private rented sector (PRS) provider for 339 apartments commercial units, and basement parking. We were jointly approved by the tenderer and developer to independently monitor, certify practical completion, and oversee the handover process.
