This project of 86 units was introduced to Optivo by Airey Miller as a package deal from a developer. Our negotiation resulted in the developer retaining the retail element of the project in return for a discount on the package deal. We also negotiated enhanced fire safety issues to reflect a peer review of the fire strategy and a building safety case on completion.
