Joel heads our CDM and Building Regulations Principal Designer services, working with clients and contractors. Joel manages and supports his project management and employer’s agent colleagues. This ensures the employer's agents and their clients meet their obligations under the latest Building Regulations update and compliance with the CDM Regulations.
