Airey Miller acted as the buyer’s agent and clerk of works for the mixed-use development consisting of 37 affordable rent and 105 shared ownership residential units. 2,086 sqm of retail food store space was located on the ground floor together with a first-floor landscaped podium area and external landscaped gardens. The ground floor commercial space was finished to a ‘shell and core’ and subsequently leased to a major food store retail outlet.
