DIRECTOR / PROJECT MANAGER − RETROFIT

Phil leads a team of surveyors managing projects throughout the South and South East, specialising in affordable housing and supports several G15 clients. Phil heads up our retrofit service managing assessors and co-ordinators throughout southern England, London and the Midlands. He also supports a team delivering employer’s agent services with his experience in this sector. Phil also manages all technical aspects of a defects / customer care team.
